RANDIM MEDITATION is a simple yet very powerful form of meditation, which can be used for one's health and happiness. It is a practice that helps us get to know our true selves from the inside out and is easily practiced at home.
RANDIM Bali gives you the opportunity to learn meditation in a sacred temple which is hidden above the river and surrounded by nature. To enter this temple the first time you must perform a purification water ritual with seven colour flowers and drink a blessed coconut. This ritual will help neutralise all negativity and allow your heart and mind full access to the blessings of this temple.
After the meditation practice, Vas will guide you in taking positive Prana direct from the nature, to help balance your body and soul. There will also be opportunity to learn some powerful yet simple heart breathing exercises to strengthen your physical body for good health.
